1. First let’s start with water. Our bodies are 71% water and we need to get this part right. We’ll discuss all and the best options for you.
2. Sleep is critical. Our body heals, regenerates, and cleanses during sleep. We will get a good sleep hygiene program started for you with all the sleep hacks you need.
3. Fats, Fats, Fats, let’s get you on the correct fats for your body. Weston A. Price studied that our ancestors craved and thrived on animal fats. They are one of the most important things to get right.
4. Gut health! AH, great health and assimilation of vitamins and minerals starts in your gut. Hippocrates said, “All disease begins in the gut.” Smart smart man, we will make sure your micro-biome is in ultimate shape.
5. Daily detox is necessary in today’s world from an exposure to an onslaught of toxins from air pollution, food supply, heavy metals, chemicals, water, lotions, beauty products, and the list goes on. Chronic disease is increasing in our culture do to direct poisons being fed to us. Detox comes in many forms. We will discuss.
6. Do you have a morning routine? Night routine? I can’t wait to share my favorites with you!
7. Let’s talk supplements! Food grade supplements, when you may need them, and the best and most trusted brands to buy.
8. Movement = movement. Let’s move our blood and our bowels. Stagnant blood flow isn’t helping anything. I have found some true remedies for constipation. One is movement equals movement.
9. Sunshine is free and so good for you! Please expose as mush skin as possible for 20 minutes a day.

It wasn’t until I increased my animal fats that I leaned out and my muscle definition improved. It was like a magic pill. I didn’t change my workout intensity; I just started eating more raw animal fats.
My digestion has also improved after eating high amounts of raw animal fats. This lubricates the joints and soothes the intestines. I cannot digest most high-fiber veggies when I eat them without fats. They work synergistically.
